Hydrangea anomala petiolaris 'Early Light'
We came across this plant several years ago at a plant sale, the new foliage has varying degrees of "white frosting". It's a great plant choice to lighten up a dark wall! We have seen another cultivar called 'Kasai' that seems to be very similar to this form.
